The CPA 2 is a preamplifier for use in mono cinema. Its primary function is to amplify the audio signal from the photocell output of the projector in order to drive the power amplifier. This preamplifier processes the signal for the main (stage) speaker. Furthermore, it provides mono or stereo signal to surround speakers which can be ‘triggered’ or activated manually! Add to this a dedicated subwoofer output for the ultra low and you have a handy device that introduces great value to your mono cinema hall
