The IW 205 LCR is a 2 way in-wall speaker that can also be ceiling mounted. It has two high quality 5" LF transducer coupled to 1" HF. The HF is a swivel type so that the high frequency may be steered away from difficult angles and into the room. The bass is tight, the mids very detailed, and the highs open. The speaker can be used primarily for high quality speech reinforcement as a centre channel in your HTS, and also for distributed BGM. For this it has both direct (8 Ohm) and transformer coupled (70 / 100 v) switchable inputs via an easy to access rotary flushed knob on the front baffle. A compact and elegant moulded frame with a close pitched metal grille and easy fixing mechanism allows this speaker to blend into modern living and intimate public gathering spaces.
