To overcome real world hazards of install and touring, the top and bottom are layered with multiple coats of hardened, durable paint. The sides are rugged carpet. The entire cabinet is heavily braced to minimize colouration and to maximize rigidity and strength. The front MS grill is further protected using acoustically transparent foam. All transducers used in the new PSS range have been thoroughly tested for continuous power handling. All critical parameter have been measured before and after these tests and only then passed. High grade components on the crossovers along with protection fuses ensure years of high quality sound. The end result is exceptional performance at a previously unheard value; just right for today’s sound professional.
